Wayne Heron was never an assassin in the traditional sense. He didn't pull the trigger himself, not anymore. He didn't have to. He was a professional problem solver, a man who knew how to get things done without getting his hands dirty. Working under the "Save Golden Company" front, he operated as a procurer for Mr. Green, obtaining whatever the business needed. Guns, cars, forged papers, identities... anything, given enough time.

Once a methodical, structured operator, his time behind bars taught him the value of improvisation. He adapted, learned to move through the underworld with precision, delegating rather than executing. While his rival and occasional ally Maximo Dalton took the direct approach, painting walls red, Heron played the long game. Cutting deals, making trades, ensuring the gears of the business kept turning.

Now, he's gone. Dead. His name, like many before him, reduced to whispers in Los Santos' back alleys and drug dens. But in the business he left behind, his work still lingers. The deals, the connections, the chaos carefully controlled.

Early Life

Wayne Heron was born on July 16, 1979, in Las Venturas, a city where fortunes were made and lives were lost in the span of a bad hand. Raised alongside his cousin Melly in Prickle Pine, Wayne was surrounded by the neon glow of casinos and the quiet violence lurking beneath the surface.

A bright mind with sharp instincts, he attended Bone County University, one of the more renowned institutions in the region. But formal education only took him so far, his real lessons came from the streets. By eighteen, he had already found himself entangled with the Las Venturas mafia, working as a low-level grunt. Running errands, moving product, collecting debts, he learned the business from the bottom up.

But trouble always finds those who get too close. A dispute turned personal when a mob enforcer attacked his home, forcing Wayne and Melly to flee the city. He left behind the desert lights of Las Venturas and carved out a new life in Los Santos, where he built a reputation not as a foot soldier, but as a man who could get things.

Guns, cars, intel. If it existed, Wayne Heron and his gang could procure it. Working under Mr. Green within a hitman service known as the "Save Golden Company", a bounty hunter front, he became one of the best at what he did. Wayne reinvented himself in Los Santos, leveraging his skills to become a professional procurer, a man who could get anything, for the right price. Whatever you needed, weapons, vehicles, forged identities, whatever was needed to keep the business moving. He wasn't a killer like Maximo or Elvira; he was the man who made sure the killers had everything they needed.

But Wayne wasn't just working for Mr. Green. He was a pawn in a much bigger game.

Lincoln Jones, the enigmatic leader of the terrorist cell "NightHawk," saw Wayne's talent for acquiring hard-to-get items and pulled him into the fold. In exchange for connections, import lines, and deep underground channels, Wayne supplied NightHawk with what they needed. Untraceable firearms, stolen military gear, forged papers, and explosives. He didn't ask questions. He just delivered.

How much he truly understood about NightHawk's goals is unknown, but one thing is certain. Wayne Heron was a man who played every side to get ahead.
