Who's Mad? is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Four's a Party given by James Wagner to Elena Salazar. The starting location is at Sweetsmile Motel at Room 7.
Plot[]
Elena entered as James was counting KC chips as he gave her some chips before telling her that he was contacted by the Yakuza to let him know that they appreciate Elena protecting their businesses but they no don't need her help as they have a way taking care of the Speed Brothers. Elena doesn't see an issue with it as Benny Strait was menace anyway. However, James countered that Jack's death would bring the rest of the Speed Brothers into the city which would be bad for business. Annoyed, Elena agreed to save him as James gave her a bolt-action rifle with an advanced scope that has pathfinding features as he told her that Jack was staying in Kiddo as he purchased on old crackhouse that he transformed and that it was across from an old housing complex. Elena agreed to use derelict house complex before heading out.
After arriving at the derelict housing complex; Elena made her way to the vantage point and waited for the Yakuza hitmen to arrive. She was sent a text from their yakuza informant which informs her that the hitmen were arriving. Elena proceeded to help Jack take them out, however, after eliminating the first wave - the second wave arrive. After helping Jack take out the second wave - Gary texts Elena to let her know that Yakuza just made a deal with Kovski Bratva to deal with Jack has it had been screwing up their business as well as a means to establish a truce between the two syndicates. Elena sniped the wave of Bratva as Jack took out the stragglers only to learn from Gary that the Bratva were able to learn that she was protecting Jack and was sending a hit squad her way instead. Elena decided that she gave him enough protection fled from derelict complex, however, as soon as she was outside; she was ambushed by Bratva members.
After clearing out the Bratva and surviving the ambush; she left the area and after doing so she contacted James to detail that she was able to protect Jack despite disagreeing with it.

Bystanders and residents in Kiddo were fleeing for cover when a gun battle occurred outside the former drug den once used by Kasai Butaniku and his Yakuza with an unknown apparent sniper aiding in the other combat from the nearby housing complex that was evacuated due to an asbestos leak.
