Biography[]

Early Life[]

Yasmin Habiba Al-Abdi was born in Fakar, the largest city in Ironistan, on August 9th, 1985, to Yusef and Habiba Al-Abdi. She is the youngest of three children; Ali Al-Abdi, born in 1976, and Kushim Al-Abdi, born in 1980. When Yasmin was only 4 years old, her older brother Ali was kidnapped, tortured, and beheaded by a militant group operating in Ironistan, then led by convicted terrorist Abdul Zakawi, for allegedly stealing some food from one of the group's fronts. Although Yasmin did not develop a strong relationship with her brother, Kushim was shaken to his core, and refused to speak for days following the incident and did not attend his funeral.

When Yasmin was only a child, she and Kushim would often sneak out into Fakar's city center, steal cars from wealthy investors, and race them. Yasmin looked up to her brother strongly and, when he descended into a life of crime after Ali's death, Yasmin wasn't too far behind.

When Yasmin was 10 years old, her brother Kushim saved up enough money to see how they would fare in the United States. Although Kushim strongly desired to bring his entire family to America with him to live a better life, free of terror and war, he did not have enough money, and their parents insisted on staying behind and letting him only bring Yasmin. Yasmin would never forget her parents, but their relationship was strained during her time in America, due to her reckless behavior not being reflective of her upbringing.

Introduction to Crime in Percington[]

Yasmin looked mature for her age, and was subject to constant sexual harassment and catcalling. She, however, decided to use her looks to her advantage, and eventually began busking on the streets of Obriland. Using the money she earned, Yasmin decided to eventually start up a gang, the Forty Thieves, a gang composed of entirely girls, who would rob and mug passersby on the streets. The gang was short in numbers in the beginning, but rapidly grew to becoming a considerably powerful entity in the Percington criminal underbelly. Despite this, her brother Kushim remained unaware of the gang's existence. One night, Yasmin was accosted by a stranger who had made a move on her, and snapped his neck in retribution. After his death, Yasmin discovered he was a powerful criminal kingpin, and fled the United States for her own protection.
